Version 2.1.0

Version 2.1.0

This version clarifies the terms. ArkOffice works as it did before.

The Groq service generates the safety score before the cloud reply. An earlier sentence could be read as if your message was scored before Groq received it.

If Groq flags a message, we keep that message in its chat. You cannot delete that chat or add to it. You can still delete your other chats and add to them. The old wording said only that we might keep the message.

A supplier keeps your prompts and files for the period its own terms state. The old wording promised a short time, or none.

The Services are not legal, tax, medical, financial, credit, or investment advice, and they are not for any other regulated or certified activity. The wider clause is what this version adds to that list.

Free stores up to 15 gigabytes and Pro up to 200 gigabytes at one time. "Per billing period" in the earlier catalogue could be read as a fresh allowance each period. Downloads are limited to three times the amount you have stored, and downloads above that limit may be billed separately.

Version 2.0.0

If you use ArkOffice for a trade, business, or profession, you are responsible for personal data about other people in what you upload. We use that data only to provide the feature you asked for. Article 18 of the Terms is the contract for that work. We stay responsible for your account, billing, security, logs, and the safety score of that content.

A personal account used for an organisation does not make us responsible for that organisation. That takes a separate signed contract.

Speaker separation of audio you send takes place in the European Economic Area.

Stored files are encrypted. While a task you started is running, the working copy that task needs is unencrypted on our systems, so the task can run.

Version 1.0.1

If an upload would go over the Drive space included in your plan, and pay-as-you-go is off, we refuse that upload.

For a business user, what we pay for a claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and at least EUR 100.

The terms no longer name death or personal injury caused by negligence as its own case that we cannot limit. Intent and gross negligence stay unlimited. So does any liability the law does not let us limit.

Version 1.0.0

This is the first version of the terms, the privacy policy, the cookie policy, the disclosure about how the assistant uses your data, and the list of companies that receive your data.
