The English text governs. The Dutch text is a translation. If they differ, the English text applies.

This policy covers information stored on or read from your device when you use ArkOffice (Telecommunicatiewet and the ePrivacy rules). It is the same split as the Privacy Policy. It is not a second set of rules, and it is not the Processor and recipient register. A vendor appears here only if it stores or reads information on the device. If that vendor also processes personal data for us, it is also named on the register.

Strictly necessary cookies

These are required to sign you in and to deliver the service securely. They do not need consent.

• The session cookie keeps you signed in.
• The security cookie supports the sign-in flow and protects against cross-site request forgery.
• Delivery cookies are strictly necessary for the security edge to deliver the request. The edge provider is Cloudflare, Inc., named on the register.

We do not use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, or behavioural tracking cookies.

Analytics

ArkOffice uses Vercel Web Analytics, provided by Vercel Inc. It is cookieless. It does not store or read information on your device for this product. It produces aggregated figures such as page views, referring source, and region. Because it does not access the device, it does not need cookie consent. The legal basis for the personal data it processes is legitimate interest, as the Privacy Policy states. Vercel Inc. is named on the register for this purpose.

Media you choose to embed

If you choose to embed media from another site, that site may store or read its own cookies. Those cookies are that site's. They are not set by this policy's necessary or analytics rules.

How long

Session and security cookies last for the session, or for the period the sign-in flow requires. We do not use them to recognise you across other websites.

Changes

A change to this policy follows the Privacy Policy rule for material processing changes: a notice at least 30 days before a material change, and you may end the contract before it applies. A clarification may be posted with the pack version.
