Is there a free plan?

Yes. Free includes the full app suite: Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, PDF, Drive, ArkNotes and Transcription, with Fast and Pro AI models, iOS and Android apps, and 200 credits a month, no credit card. Hosted in the EU, with no training on your data. Upgrade to Pro for every model, EU-only mode and 2,000 credits.

What are credits?

Credits meter AI usage. Free includes 200 credits a month; Pro includes 2,000. On Pro you can keep going at €0.015 per credit, pay as you go, or set a hard cap so you never spend more than you want.

Which AI models can I use?

Free includes our Fast and Pro models. Pro unlocks every model: Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT and open-source, switchable wherever you work in the suite. Every provider is bound by EU law and nothing you send is used for training. Pro also adds EU-only mode: switch it on and the picker only offers models that process entirely in the EU.

How much is Pro, and when is Team coming?

Pro is €19 a month, cancel anytime, and you can upgrade in one click from inside the app. Team (shared workspaces, pooled credits, admin console and SSO) is coming soon.

Is my data private?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your files, chats and workspace live on EU servers run by a Dutch company under European privacy law (GDPR), visible only to you and the people you share them with. We never train AI on your data or sell it. The one nuance: if you pick a model like Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT, that prompt may be processed by the provider outside the EU, under EU law and never used for training. On Pro, EU-only mode disables those models so you only pick ones that process entirely in the EU.

What is EU-only mode?

Your workspace is always hosted in the EU, but some models are not: a prompt sent to Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT may be processed by that provider outside the EU. EU-only mode is a setting that disables those models, so the picker only offers models that process entirely in the EU. When a model lists more than one region, a request may be handled in any of them. The trade-off is that those frontier models are unavailable while it's on. Either way, we never train on your data and every provider is bound by EU law.

What is offline mode?

Offline mode runs the assistant entirely on your iPhone using Apple Intelligence. Nothing is sent to a server, it works with no internet connection at all, and it costs no credits. It needs an iPhone 15 Pro or newer on iOS 26 with Apple Intelligence turned on, and the first use downloads Apple’s model. Because these chats never leave the device, they don’t appear on your other devices and are deleted when you sign out.

Do you offer self-hosting, custom domains or SSO for my whole organisation?
